AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello,
I was trying to run 3dresample -orient RAI on the following image:
qto_xyz:1 -0.749776 -0.000003 0.018323 88.240578
qto_xyz:2 -0.018323 -0.000000 -0.749776 144.149216
qto_xyz:3 0.000002 -1.500000 -0.000000 -148.933899
qto_xyz:4 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 1.000000
qform_xorient Right-to-Left
qform_yorient Superior-to-Inferior
qform_zorient Anterior-to-Posterior

It was reoriented correctly but the header still reads RSA..

I removed the AFNI extension before running this command as per a previous discussion we had (the issue of AFNI giving precedence to AFNI extensions over the nifti header).

Thanks,
Stathis
