Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

You could do this in 2 steps with the existing software:

3dROIstats -quiet -nzmean -nzvoxels -mask mmm+orig dataset+orig > rrr.1D
1deval -a rrr.1D'[1]' -b rrr.1D'[2]' -expr 'a*b'

That is, compute the mean of the nonzero voxels (-nzmean) and the number of nonzero voxels (-nzvoxels) in step 1, and then multiply the two values in step 2.
