A post-doctoral fellowship in the field of functional neuroimaging is currently available in Dr. Andrew Mayer’s laboratory at The Mind Research Network (MRN) starting immediately. Currently funded studies include multimodal neuroimaging of attentional functioning in patients with schizophrenia and traumatic brain injury. The candidate should have a Ph.D. in Psychology, Neuroscience, Engineering, or a related field. The candidate should have expertise in at least one neuroimaging modality (structural MRI, functional MRI, DTI, MEG), and experience in C++, MATLAB and Linux. A strong interest in writing scientific papers is also desired. Opportunities for training in a variety of imaging modalities are available and salary will be commensurate with experience.

The MRN is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Neuroimaging resources include two 100% research dedicated MRI systems (1.5 T and 3 T), MEG and a Neurogenetics laboratory.
