I was just wondering whether the following questions are possible using commands.

a) Shift 1D files (or ideals) is possible using the FIM submenu of the GUI, but is there any quick way to shift 1D files in command line?

b) Is it possible to use waver with option -tstim t1:t2 t3:t4 ... but without convolving with any waveform.
