Hi,

I have used this command for a cluster analysis:

3dcalc -1thresh 5 -1dindex 40 -1tindex 41 -1erode 50 -1dilate 2 150 anovabrik.tlrc >cluster

Is that correct? I have noted that if I raise the t threshold the peaks (x,y,z) vary slightly. Was wondering why.
