Your answer was very clear (and reassuring), but i have 1 doubt left. Other people use the same command but they indicate the same subbrick number in the -1dindex and -1tindex options (e.g., -1dindex 41 -1tindex 41). They basically indicate only the subbrick relative to the t stat. In this way, the peaks do not change if you raise the threshold, only less regions show up. Why this difference?
