I just started to use @auto_tlrc to talaraich my data sets and have noticed the following:firstly, the vertical line though the posterior of the AC is off by 3mm from the center in the talaraiched output (when you manually talaraich the VCA ends up at 0,0,0).and Secondly, the angle of the CA-CP line is off i.e. it does not pass though the superior of the AC, and the inferior of the PC. On looking at the base template (TT_N27) that I am using, these discrepancies are seen in the template too. Is there any other template that is available that has the above mentioned factors considered?
