Hello, I am wondering if anyone has any ideas for removing blood vessel ghosting artifact from T1 structural MRI images.

I have attached a screenshot of the artifact, exaggerated by choosing inappropriate windowing levels.

Essentially, I am looking for a skullstrip-like solution, except that I would like to keep the skull in the images, not just the brain.

Are there existing tools for this?
