Hello AFNI Gurus,

I have a frustrating problem that could use your attention. I am trying to export from AFNI into FSL. I have no trouble converting my data to the NIFTI format using 3dAFNItoNIFTI. As you can see from the attached snapshot. One view (sagittal) is correct and all the views are flipped (coronal and axial) No matter what I try I can not get all three views in the same orientation in fsl.
