AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

1dGC Experts:

I am getting the following error when trying to run 1dGC:

Error in t(legendre_Pl_array(nPoly, seq(from = -1, to = 1, len = nPts[ii]))) :
could not find function "legendre_Pl_array"
In addition: Warning messages:
1: In library(myLib, character.only = TRUE, logical.return = TRUE) :
there is no package called 'gsl'
2: In install.packages(myLib) :
installation of package 'gsl' had non-zero exit status
3: In library(myLib, character.only = TRUE, logical.return = TRUE) :
there is no package called 'gsl'

In the past I've been able to run 1dGC without the proper installation of the gsl library, as long as i do not plot out anything, as discussed in previous posts. Am wondering
i) is the missing function from 1dGC, R, or something else (and should i try reinstalling and if so which of these)
ii) is there some way around this missing function?

thanks for your help,

dharol
