AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Rick,

I've been trying to convert my stim_file to stim_times to use with 3dDeconvolve -nodata but have trouble with events that are longer than 1 TR in an event-related design. Specifically, say, for an event that lasts 5 TR's, the output of rsfgen puts in a 1 for each of the 5 TR's where the stimuli is on, which make_stim_times.py will convert as separate stimuli times.

I looked through the python script but it doesn't seem like it'll be an easy hack. Am I missing something completely?

Thanks a lot for your help.

Eva
