Thanks for the first answer. Basically I'd like to generate a file that contains the node to color mapping seen in SUMA when selecting a color map such as afni_p2. It seems that ScaleToMap should be part of that process, but this command didn't seem to give the same result.

ScaleToMap -input lh.pial_acpc.asc.conv.1D.dset 0 1 -cmap afni_p2

Also, what's the best way to view the output of ScaleToMap?
