The q-value is the expected fraction of voxels surviving that
particular threshold that are false positives. It is dependant
on the threshold value and should go down as the threshold goes
up.
With q=0.9992 at p=0.0498, it means something is probably wrong
with your test, since basically all voxels survive at p=0.05.
Is that for your '1 -1 -1' contrast? In any case, that is very
surprising.
How big is your computational mask?
Maybe someone else can answer your question on repeated measures.
