Hi all,

Can anyone tell me why I might be getting this error?

my command:

3dTshift -tpattern @slicetiming.1D -Fourier -prefix pb02.r10.tshift pb01.r10.despike+orig

error:
FATAL ERROR: Can't read tpattern file slicetiming.1D

The slicetiming file is simply a row of numbers (I've also tried it as a column) that correspond to the times when the slices are collected. I've tried the numbers in seconds and in milliseconds.
