AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi there,

I was using 3dANOVA for surface-based group analysis. When I tried to check the Ftest results with SUMA, it showed error information like this:

Error SUMA_GetDsetColRange:
Failed to read 4 nums from range.
-- Error SUMA_SwitchColPlaneThreshold (SUMA_xColBar.c:1006):
Failed to get range

Then, I converted the data set into ASCII niml format, and found that the Ftest data range was saved as: "9.699567e-06 18.03228 179742 58137". I changed it to "0.000009699567 18.03228 179742 58137". This time SUMA could read in the data without error, but displayed the "0.000009699567" as 9.6995 in the Min box for T. It was correctly shown in the Xhair Info window (0.00001 in the Thresh box).

So, is it fine to make this edit for showing the result with SUMA?

Thanks,
Xiangchuan
