AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi,

I've run 3dDeconvolve -nodata on my design matrix and I've got the following output:

Signal+Baseline matrix condition [X] (1140x74): 21.9898 ++GOOD
Signal - only matrix condition [X] (1140x56): 16.6828 ++ VERY GOOD
Baseline - only matrix condition [X] (1140x18): 1 ++ VERY GOOD
polort - only matrix condition [X] (1140x18): 1 ++ VERY GOOD
Matrix inverse average error = 6.21835e-16 ++ VERY GOOD
Matrix setup time = 2.07 s

So I was wondering what could be the specific reasons why my "Signal + Baseline matrix condition" is only "GOOD"? And how I can improve it?

Thanks,
Alena.
