Hi both,
I just ran into what seems to be the same problem, and found this post with google
.
In my situation, the problem occurs when loading a +tlrc file with BrikLoad, then save it in another directory with WriteBrik. For some reason AFNI wants an +orig file in the same directory as the +tlrc file.
I found two work-arounds:
1) save the file in the same directory as where the original file was stored (duh)
2) if you don't care whether AFNI thinks it's a +orig or +tlrc file, you could set Info.SCENE_DATA(1)=0 - which means it is considered as a +orig file - and save it as foo+orig.
Hope this solves your problem.
best,
Nick
