Dear AFNIsts:

Recently I began trying to run 3dMEMA, but I didn't get very far before encountering a problem that I couldn't figure out how to solve. I tried running 3dMEMA using a command where script.F-R.R contains the input arguments and tempout.F-R.R contains the output and the full error message. Here's the command:

Rscript script.F-R.R | & tee tempout.F-R.R

The contents of the input and output files are pasted below. I have the latest version of AFNI with R installed, running on Linux CentOS 5.2.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
