Dear all

I used 3dmaskSVD with the -ort option (motion parameters + global signal) and I got the following error:

** ERROR: THD_generic_detrend_LSQ: fit fails - no detrending!

for each voxel in the mask, although I do get a time series output.

This makes me think that SVD is working fine but the detrending step is not. In fact, if I detrend the input data with 3dDetrend I don't get any error.

Is this a bug in the detrending algorithm within 3dmaskSVD (as opposed to the one in 3dDetrend, which seems to work fine)?

I don't know whether this is relevant or not, but I noticed that in the ROI mask I am using there are a few voxels whose time series is uniformly 0 (not many though).
