Hello,

I'm wondering if there is there any difference between the -contr, -diff, aBdiff, aBcontr options in the 3dANOVA, 3dANOVA2, 3dANOV3, commands in AFNI. With simple contrasts (1 -1) it seems to yield the same stat results. Are there any examples where the diff and contr ,etc. options would yield different results. And if not, why are they 2 separate options. Your help would greatly be appreciated.
