Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Use 3dresample to match the grid of one dataset to another. Voxel sizes or orientations may be different between your two datasets. Concatenating two datasets that have been aligned in different ways into Talairach space may not be useful unless you have a good reason to do it. You might considering using @auto_tlrc to do the auto-talairaching for both datasets from their original space.
