‘1000 FUNCTIONAL CONNECTOMES’ PROJECT UPDATES POSTED
Updates have been posted to the 1000 Functional Connectomes Project hosted at
www.nitrc.org (http://www.nitrc.org/projects/fcon_1000/) concerning the following sites:
1) Pittsburgh: Data released
2) Munchen: Data released
3) Pittsburgh: TR correction
4) Berlin (Margulies): TR correction
5) New Haven (dataset B): TR correction
6) All Sites: Acquisition information is now provided in release titles to enable easier
viewing of TR, # of time-points and # of acquisition slices.
