Dear all
I have a question about alignment

can I use the dataset I produce it by using self-automatic alignment(define marker by AC-PC Alignment and Talairach Transformation) to align automatically by using the command??

I use self-automatic alignment just produce +tlrc.HEAD ,it does not produce +tlrc.BRIK
SO I do not know how to align automatically
