I run the 3dvolreg and get the message, could someone tell me how to deal with it?
the order is "3dvolreg -zpad 4 -tshift 4 -prefix ck_r1_vr -dfile ck_r1_vr.1D -base ck_l1+orig'[0]' -verbose ck_r1+orig"
