AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Gang,
We modified the afni_run_R script to run the 64 bit version of R (rather than the 32 bit) and my analysis runs. In terms of the 19 time points, they are the subbrik outputs of the iresp files that are generated by 3dDeconvolve. We enter them in separately in the group analysis so that we can look at a "main effect of time" collapsed across all other factors of interest so that it is unbiased with respect to the effects of interest. We use this method in our lab to define functional ROIs.

thanks for the help!
