I have run 3dGCR now for several subjects/ROI combinations. For every single one, I get data for the path coefficients, but there is no data in the t-stats brik--for either the seed-to-target or the self-effect. However, the data looks as it should for the target-to-seed (with data in both briks, including t).
Have you run into this problem before? Do you know what could be going wrong? It is confusing to me that there would be t-stats for the target-to-seed, but not for the seed-to-target.
I can upload some the input and output briks if you want to look at them.
