Thank you for your reply. Following your suggestions, AFNI has been updated to the most recent version, however, the problem persists. Now as we are attempting Train, it gives us the same error:

We were wondering if there is C-code for 3dsvm that we could try and run on our end to see which libraries getLabels, writeModelBrik etc. are requiring and perhaps some of them are also outdated and that is causing the problem? Also, we are running all of our processes on a Mac, perhaps some of the modules are requiring a different platform?

We really appreciate your help and input.
