AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi all,

Is there any way I can run a 1-way repeated measures ANOVA in a single subject? I have one factor with 12 conditions/levels, and I want to come up with a mask containing only voxels that distinguish between at least 2 levels. It seems like the F-test in 3dDeconvolve will only give you voxels in which at least one of the betas is different from baseline, but what I need is to identify the voxels that actually differentiate across two or more betas. If anyone knows how to do this I'd really appreciate their input.

Thank you,

Leo
