Ah, your data is oblique. It is unclear exactly what to
do in that case.
If you want to ignore the fact that the data is 8.8 degrees
oblique, first run "3drefit -deoblique" on the dataset.
If you want to apply the oblique transformation, use the
"3dWarp -deoblique" command output from each of your commands.
After either of those, it will be appropriate to use 3drefit
to modify the orientation.
Note that if your data is not RAI, then you should not use
3drefit to claim as much. Rather use 3dresample to actually
modify the data to be a new orientation.
