Hi,

I have been using 3dExtrema to extract the coordinates of the peak value in the ROI. However, this time I got a problem with the output:

3dExtrema -volume -mask_file Left_Hypo_2blur+tlrc prcntarea_nmc_blur+tlrc

I got no output from the command. I check that the values in the prcntarea_nmc_blur+tlrc within the area defined by Left_Hypo_2blur+tlrc range from -0.3 to 0.3. Any suggestion to get around the problem?
