Hey Rick,
I'm having the same problem with 3dmema output. This is stored in short by default and it doesn't look like that there is an option to store in float (or default like 3dttest++), correct? None of the individual REML output (float) has these "holes" (which have a value of 0). I've been playing around with 3dcalc's -datum float on 3dmema output, masks, etc but I think the problem is that the data is short - so all the playing around doesn't do any good. I tried to add -float & -floatize to the 3dmema command but both are not recognized and there's no option in the 3dmema documentation. Is there another way to add the float option to 3dmema?
The data make sense in that they replicate 3dttest++ pretty closely and so I don't think I've done anything wrong in the script. At any rate, here it is:
3dMEMA -prefix mema_output -missing_data 0 -groups A B -set A xxxxx stats.subxxxxx_REML+tlrc.['stim#0_Coef'] stats.subxxxxx_REML+tlrc.['stim#0_Tstat'] .... -set adhd yyyyy stats.sub yyyyy _REML+tlrc.['stim#0_Coef'] stats.sub yyyyy _REML+tlrc.[''stim#0_Tstat'] ... -HKtest
Thanks a lot!
Nic
