Dear all,
When I look at my data, I have to setup AFNI in a particular way - the color scheme, p-values etc. I know about the -com option but I don't know all the little parameters for selection of color scheme, window size and position etc.

If I setup AFNI in the way I want to see the data, is there a way to tell AFNI to save all the setting in a .config file which I can use with the -com option later? That will greatly reduce repetitive clicking.
