Thanks for your help thus far. Yes, AFNI_PLUGINPATH is in fact set. However, there is no file AFNI_atlas_spaces.niml. In fact the search "find / -name "AF*" shows that no such file exists on the system anywhere. It must have gotten clobbered somehow. Strange. I managed to grab some version of this file online and put it into my working directory and things seemed to work just fine. Where can I get the correct version of this file and what's the proper location for it? Thanks.
