AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Yeah, that's tight. Start by adding -regress_compute_fitts, to compute
the fitts after 3dD, rather than during.

Also, since your grid is 2.4 mm, you could use "-volreg_warp_dxyz 2.4"
(or even 2.5), so the default of 2.0 would not be used. That would cut
memory usage by 40-50%.

If you do both, it should be a lot faster.

Also, I don't know why this subject is slower than others. There is no
special processing here. Maybe the grid or number of TRs differs?
