Yes, I was referring to 3dGroupInCorr. A batch mode for
Instacorr was already mentioned by Daniel, 3dTcorr1D.
It does not have the preprocessing that InstaCorr plugin
has though.

Strangely enough, I do not see any driver command for
saving the overlay dataset. We should really add that.
There are driver commands for InstaCorr, but I gather
you already know that.
