Hello,
I am trying to use RetroTS function in Matlab.
i have added the afni toolbox to path as well.
Following is the synatx i am trying :
sn =
Respfile: 'Resp_epiRTwm2_scan_0004.1D'
Cardfile: 'ECG_epiRTwm2_scan_0004.1D'
VolTR: 2
Nslices: 44
PhyFS: 40
PhysFS: 4
>> RetroTS(sn)

Hello All,
My question might be very basic but i couldnt get answer after referring to documentation and message board.
I am trying following command:
3dretroicor -anat epi-s22-obl+orig -resp Resp_epiRTwm2_scan_0004.1D -ignore 10
But to my surprise there is no output even after waiting for more than 2 hours. Does retroicor takes this long.

I am using uber_subject.py to create a script for generating statistical map from design matrix. I have few regreassors like sndpwr(in dB's) heart and lung which have negative values in it. I am passing it as stim files in uber_subject.py G

Hello all,
I am trying to extract time series from region i am interested in. I know the location(region of interest) by its name not by coordinates.
I am trying to use whereami but dont know how can i feed in Left ATL(anterior temporal lobe) to the command to extract time series from this area.
Any help is appreciated.
