Dear AFNI users-
We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:
https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov
Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.
The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.
Sincerely,
AFNI HQ

Hi Experts,
I am having a difficult time understanding how the the @ss_review_driver output "num TRs per stim (orig) 111 66 66 103 111 66 66 103" is being calculated for my task. My study has 540 total TRs (2 seconds per TR or 1080 seconds). It is a block design in which the 540 TR task is split in half (540sec or 270TRs each). During each half they repeat a task 3 times. There a

Hi Experts,
Below is a copy of the script I used to run our imagery task as well as the terminal output. Your guidance would be appreciated to help discover the reason for the error "script creation failure for block 'regress'". I am using Version AFNI_2011_12_21_1014.
Thanks for your time!

I tried removing the commented out lines, and I still am getting the same error. I've pasted both the script generated by proc.py and the output of proc.py

Hi Experts,
I am trying to run a script (see below) and it keeps skipping over the Non-Linear Warp, and is ignoring the timing files. It also creates "No_STATS" and "No_DSET" like it were resting data (but it's NOT resting data.) I am using Version AFNI_2011_12_21_1014.

Hi AFNI Experts,
I've just run my afni_proc.py script and began the review using @ss_review_driver. I noticed that the "final stats dset" states "NO_STATS" and the "final voxel resolution" states "NO-DSET NO-DSET NO-DSET". Do you have any ideas why this could be?
Thanks for your time!
