Dear AFNI users-
We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:
https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov
Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.
The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.
Sincerely,
AFNI HQ

Hi
I'm getting the same error, and following step 2d does not help.
3dAllineate : FAILURE
dyld: Library not loaded: /usr/local/lib/libgomp.1.dylib
Referenced from: /Users/jasinska/abin/3dAllineate
Reason: image not found
Any other ideas? Using Mac with Sierra. Maybe something to do w pyqt4 not being installed, but rather pyqt5?
Thank you.

I figured out that the error has something to do with using two displays, and the preferences XQuartz has for launching to a certain display or another. The crash only happens on one display, and not the other. If that's useful for others troubleshooting same error.

Hi,
Thanks for the suggestions. My xquartz is the latest version, and I followed all commands. Still getting the error "XIO: fatal IO error 35 (Resource temporarily unavailable) on X server "/private/tmp/com.apple.launchd.Py9jlj4TcS/org.macosforge.xquartz:0"
after 39170 requests (39170 known processed) with 0 events remaining."
Any other ideas for me?
Thank you.
