Dear AFNI users-
We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:
https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov
Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.
The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.
Sincerely,
AFNI HQ

In brief, what I'd like to do is have a foreground plane covering the entire brain that is relatively low opacity (e.g., 0.4 relative to the background convexity) to give some sense of the below threshold activation map, then have the nodes

I have a question about regressing out the motion parameters produced by 3dvolreg. It seems there are several ways to do this:
1. Using the -ort option in 3dBandpass
2. Using -vector in 3dDetrend
3. Using -stim_base in 3dDeconvolve
