Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.
The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.
Sincerely,

Thanks Gang. What I meant was if say condition 1 and 2 has choices A and B, while condition 3 only had choice B, and I wanted to contrast choice A vs B, would I do this:
+ cond 1 choice A + cond 2 choice A - cond 1 choice B - cond 2 choice B - cond 3 choice B
or
+ 0.5*cond 1 choice A + 0.5*cond 2 choice A - 0.333*cond 1 choice B - 0.333*cond 2 choice B - 0.333*cond 3 choice B
Thanks

> What are the maximum and minimum number of trials?
It varies widely, from 1 to 20+ trials. There were even instances where there were zero trials for that condition, but I dropped those subjects. I'm worried about the regressions being unbalanced. Is there any need to weight each regressor? Should I weight by the number of trials somehow? Or do you only need to weight regressors wh

Hi,
I am trying to create a contrast based on subject choices (A or B) during 4 different conditions (1-4)
I have 8 different regressors based on each trial's condition and subject choice
e.g. Cond 1 choice A
Cond 1 choice B
Cond 2 choice A
Cond 2 choice B .... and so on.
I am trying to create a contrast of choice A vs choice B, and currently for gltsym I have this:
+ Cond 1
