AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello!

I am currently using a script with 3dDeconvolve, which first defines the categories via -stim_times with onset timing files, and then subsequently defining the contrasts I want using -gltsym. However, I have discovered that there is an upper limit as to how many contrasts one can define; thus, I had to break my contrasts down and run 2 scripts in 2 separate parts.

I was wondering if anyone knew a way to do this in 2 distinct steps: first, read in the onset files using -stim_times, and then defining the contrasts using -gltsym as a stand-alone script, having already read in the onset timing files. This way, *all* the contrasts could be run in one script without having to split them up.

Thanks a bunch!

Cynthia
