AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I am seeing this very strange behavior from afni_proc.py program. Now in the proc.subjname file, instead of just a "+orig", I see this very long freesurfer environmental settings output appended to "+orig" extension. When I run the afni_proc.py from command line, I get the following message :

-- applying orig view as -------- freesurfer-Linux-centos4_x86_64-stable-pub-v4.4.0 --------
Setting up environment for FreeSurfer/FS-FAST (and FSL)
FREESURFER_HOME /usr/local/imports/freesurfer_x86_64_v4.4.0
FSFAST_HOME /usr/local/imports/freesurfer_x86_64_v4.4.0/fsfast
FSF_OUTPUT_FORMAT nii
MNI_DIR /usr/local/imports/freesurfer_x86_64_v4.4.0/mni
FSL_DIR /usr/local/imports/fsl
+orig

Any help ???

regards,
krishna
