Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

As Gang said, you have already defined the groups via setA and setB. If you wanted to use a continuous covariate (or additional covariate) like IQ, you would want to do something like: 

subject IQ 
S8c 101
S2c 110
S9c 130
S1 98
S5 106
