Well I fixed it myself....

It turns out, that I had not set both the slice_duration and the Pixdim4 entries correctly.

For those who may care:
Pixdim4 = <value in SECONDS not ms >
slice_dim=3
slice_duratiion=< dim3 / TR in SECONDS not ms>
