Hi all,
I'm completely new to anatomical-based analyses and Freesurfer, so please excuse me if I sound a bit naive.
I want to look at cortical thickness from data that has been processed with Freesurfer, but it seems as though my model is too complex for traditional ways of group analysis in Freesurfer.
Someone suggested that I might be able to project the cortical thickness values to a 3D volume and analyze in AFNI. There was a post on the Freesurfer message board a few months ago about converting thickness files to NIFTI files, but had no response.
Is this possible? If so, how would I go about doing this? If not, any other suggestions?
Thanks very much in advance!
Courtney
