That all looks quite normal to me. In particular the different sub-'bricks' have proper labels attached to them, as one would expect from 3dDeconvolve's output; yet something goes wrong setting COLMS_LABS, which (in volumetric world) contains these labels.

As Ziad said it may be a bug, I would suggest to wait until he has had a chance to look into this.
