AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi

I want to do partial volume effect (PVE) correction for arterial spin labelling (ASL) data, because ASL data is low resolution: 3.5x3.5x4mm voxel. I need to correct PVE by using 3DT1 (1x1x1mm).
Now, I have spatially normalized 3DT1 and ASL data in MNI space.

There are several reproted ways to do partial volume effect correction.
At least, we need to have GM, WM and CSF probality map from 3DT1 data.

For example. the following paper reported the way to correct PVE.

Magn Reson Med. 2013 Feb;69(2):531-7. doi: 10.1002/mrm.24279. Epub 2012 Apr 23.
Improved partial volume correction for single inversion time arterial spin labeling data.

Is there any way to correct PVE by using AFNI?

Thank you.
