AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Thank you very much for your answer.
Yes, I would like to treat those zeros as NaN if that is possible? Or is there a way of masking them out with the subrange option or something?

Thanks again.
Barbara

EDIT:
I have also been wondering about the output of non-integer numbers for the index sub-brik of both 3dKruskalWallis and 3dFriedmann. In the first volume I should see the index of the -dset that was significantly different, while the second simply shows the statistic. However in the first sub-brik I see stuff like .9999 and so on, but I also see some integer values.
So is it safe to simply convert these double values to integer numbers and infer that they mean the index?
