AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Afni experts,
I have a question, It would be appreciated if you could help me.
I have transfered volumetric data to surface data using 3dVol2Surf, Now I want to see the results. when I use these commands:
-afni -niml &
-suma -spec ... -sv ...
-press 't' in suma window
, every thing is good. but I can not see the surface data during the time. I mean when I plot the graph of data in afni and change the time, the surface data does not change in time.
I can not find any option to see the behaviour of surface data during time.

I also have another question: Is there any shell command to transfer surface data (SurfVol, pial, white matter , ...) to template surface anatomy in order to start group analysis? is the 'ConvertSurface' the answer?

Thank you very much,
Nilufar
