Hi,

I am thinking of doing a context dependent correlation analysis on my data set collected in a block design with three types of blocks.
Data set has multiple runs across multiple sessions. In each run, I have to select the blocks depending on monkeys behavior (e.g. eye movements). I want to run the context dependent correlation analysis on those selected blocks. How can I accomplish this?
Can I replace the blocks I do not want to consider for analysis with 'NaN' s or something that does not affect the analysis?
Please help.

Thank you
Amar
